1. 30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not happy within 30 days of your purchase, we refund the full amount — no questions asked. This applies to all plans: monthly, yearly and lifetime.
How to request a refund:
- Through Paddle's customer portal: paddle.net (sign in with the email you used at checkout)
- or by emailing hallo@liebling.io with the subject "Refund"
Refunds are issued to the same payment method you used. They are processed by our payment provider Paddle.com Market Limited as Merchant of Record and typically arrive within 5–10 business days.
2. Statutory right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
Withdrawal notice
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (MOMI Beteiligungs und Beratungs GmbH, Gustav-Kirchhoff-Straße 13, 67098 Bad Dürkheim, email: hallo@liebling.io, phone: +49 6322 3055650) by means of a clear statement (e.g. email) of your decision to withdraw from the contract. Sending the notice before the period ends is sufficient to meet the deadline.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after we have received your withdrawal notice. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.
Early expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital services
For contracts on the supply of digital content or services, the right of withdrawal expires if we have begun to perform the contract after you
- have expressly agreed that we begin performance before the withdrawal period ends, and
- have acknowledged that by giving your consent you lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins.
Our 30-day money-back guarantee above remains in effect regardless of this.
3. Subscription cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time without giving a reason, effective at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to all paid features until then. Cancellation is possible through Paddle's customer portal (paddle.net) or in the app under "Settings → Manage subscription".
